AB Ronnebyhus is procuring an established, cloud-based property management system for the company’s central business processes. The assignment includes implementation, migration from Incit Xpand, critical integrations, training, operations, support, maintenance, administration and regular exit. The system must, among other things, support letting, customer communication and digital self-service, reporting faults and case management, inspections, maintenance and technical administration, rent administration and finance, as well as reporting and follow-up. The contract concerns a consolidated standard solution for AB Ronnebyhus. Further scope, mandatory requirements, contractual terms and the evaluation model are set out in the procurement documents.
