TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction works include the development for the new construction of a car park on the premises of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, including the conversion of the traffic areas in the area of Kurt-Schumacher-Straße, Cauerstraße, Schottkystraße and Erwin-Rommel-Straße. The invitation to tender includes all civil engineering, road and utility works required for site clearance, rerouting of services and reorganisation of traffic. Key quantities approx. 460 m construction and renovation of combined sewage channels approx. 690 m re-routing of water supply (TW), blackwater (BW) and vacuum sewer (VE) water pipelines approx. 190 m re-routing of gas pipelines approx. 220 m district heating/cold (remote) cooling pipelines approx. 7,200 m² asphalt wearing courses approx. 1,650 m² footpaths and cycle paths in asphalt construction approx. 1,630 m² concrete block paving areas approx. 830 m lighting cables with 24 new lighting masts approx. 940 m 20 kV cable, approx. 470 m fibre-optic cable as well as approx. 360 m cable protective conduits Construction of a traffic light installation (including cable and manhole construction)
