TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the invitation to tender are construction services for the barrier-free renewal and modernization of the Verkehrsbahnhof Eiserfeld (Sieg). In particular, the measure includes the replacement new construction of the pedestrian underpass including stair structures, the construction of a barrier-free ramp system and a lift system, the renewal of platform facilities including platform paving, platform equipment and weather-protection shelters, the installation of drainage systems as well as extensive cable trenching and electrical engineering work. In addition, the contract includes several track crossings using pipe jacking, track superstructure work in the track area and ordnance (unexploded munitions) detection surveys.
