TENDER DESCRIPTION

The standard scope of services catalogue for road and bridge construction (STLK), with its currently 36 areas of services covering a broad range from landscaping works through earthworks, drainage, asphalt and concrete construction methods and up to engineering structures, is the central source and basis for the AVA (tendering/award/accounting) programmes in road transport. In 2018, an attempt was already made to modernise the existing STLK. At that time, a specification of requirements (terms of reference) was prepared. The statements contained in this document in sections 1 and 2 describe the working methods for creating and updating the STLK. Section 3 describes the technical requirements defined at that time both for processing the STLK and for its structure. These requirements are now outdated. The aim of this research project is to develop, based on an analysis of the current STLK, proposals for revising the system and structure of the STLK in order to increase its performance capability in the context of digitalisation.
