TENDER DESCRIPTION

II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The purpose of this public procurement procedure is the supply of refurbished water meters up to DN30, in a total quantity of 25,000 pieces, for Pannon-Víz Zrt. until 31 December 2028 (+12 months with an extension option). Planned quantity to be procured by diameter split: - DN15 22,000 pcs - DN20 1,000 pcs - DN25 1,000 pcs - DN30 1,000 pcs Total: 25,000 pcs. The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a purchase framework agreement in such a way that, by 31 December 2028, it will undertake a call-off obligation for 70% of the above framework quantity (25,000 pcs) during the term of the contract. Technical requirements for refurbished, simple pit water meters for sizes DN15-30: - The tender must include the Hungarian-language description of the products to be supplied and their technical parameters (technical data sheet and installation instructions). - The refurbished water meter shall hold a valid type-examination approval in accordance with the MID 2014/32/EU Directive and shall comply with the parameters established in that approval.
