TENDER DESCRIPTION

Removal and proper disposal of a total of 132 existing windows, including frames, glazing, sheet metal, fixings and seals. Delivery and installation of a total of 224 plastic window and window door elements, mostly with triple insulated glazing, Uw 0.85 W/(m²K), Rw 32 dB, outside RAL 7012 and inside white. Of these, 36 elements are allocated to the advance measure with temporary apartment access, 40 windows to the new-build of the attic storey and 148 windows to the occupied existing apartments, including 32 cellar windows. Other main services: 40 roller shutter systems, 165 window-integrated ventilation elements, reveal frame extensions and circumferential connection sealing. The work is carried out in sections, partly in occupied areas, predominantly using scaffolding provided on site.
