TENDER DESCRIPTION

Removal works and proper disposal of 132 existing windows, including frames, glazing, sheet metal flashing, fixings and seals. Delivery and installation of a total of 247 plastic window and patio door elements, mostly with triple glazing, Uw 0.85 W/(m²K), sound insulation 3237 dB, outside RAL 7012 and inside white. Of these, 36 elements are allocated to the preliminary measures, 41 elements to the attic extension new build and 170 elements to the occupied existing residential apartments, including 32 cellar windows. Other main services: 38 roller shutter systems, 166 window-integrated ventilation elements as well as widening of overlapping frames and circumferential connection sealing. The work is carried out in sections, partly in occupied areas and predominantly using site-provided scaffolding.
