TENDER DESCRIPTION
Dismantling and professional disposal of 132 existing windows, including frames, glazing, sheet metal flashings, fastenings and seals. Delivery and installation of a total of 247 plastic window and window-door elements, mostly with triple glazed insulation, Uw 0.85 W/(m²K), sound insulation 3237 dB, outside RAL 7012 and inside white. Of these, 36 elements are allocated to the advance measure, 41 elements to the attic storey new build and 170 elements to the occupied existing residential units, including 32 cellar windows. Further main services: 38 roller shutter systems, 166 window-integrated ventilation elements as well as reveal frame extensions and all-round connection sealing. The work is carried out in sections, partly in occupied areas and for the most part using contractor-provided scaffolding.
