TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the planned restructuring, general renovation and extension of the Rheingauschule in Geisenheim, extensive windows, doors and glazing works will be carried out in the building sections B, F, C and D. The measures include the renovation and renewal of the existing building parts as well as the equipment of the newly emerging annex with the required window and door elements. In the basement-equipped, three-storey reinforced concrete skeleton construction of section B, the existing building elements will be adapted or renewed according to future requirements as part of the general renovation. The three-storey new building of section F, built as a partially basement-equipped solid construction, will receive a contemporary building envelope with the necessary window, door and glazing elements. Likewise, the single-storey pavilions of sections C and D will be equipped with the necessary window and door elements. The services of the trade include the manufacture, delivery and professional installation of the window, door and glazing elements, including the required frame constructions, glazing, fittings, seals as well as the associated connection and sealing works.
