TENDER DESCRIPTION
As part of the planned restructuring, general renovation, and expansion of the Rheingau School in Geisenheim, extensive window, door, and glazing works will be carried out in building sections B, F, C, and D. The measures include the refurbishment and renewal of the existing building sections as well as the equipment of the newly constructed annex with the required window and door elements. In the basemented, three-story reinforced concrete skeleton construction of building section B, the existing building elements will be adapted or renewed according to future requirements as part of the general renovation. The three-story new building of section F, constructed as a partially basemented solid building, will receive a contemporary building envelope with the necessary window, door, and glazing elements. Likewise, the single-story pavilions of sections C and D will be equipped with the necessary window and door elements. The scope of work includes the production, delivery, and professional installation of the window, door, and glazing elements, including the required frame constructions, glazing, fittings, seals, as well as the associated connection and sealing works.…
