Explanation: In Munich, Neuhausen district, a new construction of 3 residential buildings with underground parking is being built between Marsstraße 76 and Klarastraße 11. The 3 residential buildings are constructed in floor construction and each adjoins the neighboring perimeter block development on Mars- and Klarastraße. The tender includes all wood-aluminium composite or aluminium windows in the exterior walls of the 3 buildings, as well as the installation of the front-mounted roller shutter boxes in the attic, the roller shutter slats in the builder-installed built-in roller shutter boxes, and all ALDs.
