Explanation: In Munich, Neuhausen district, a new construction of 3 residential buildings with underground garage is being built between Marsstraße 76 and Klarastraße 11. The 3 residential buildings are constructed in a storey building method and each adjoin the adjacent block perimeter development on Mars and Klarastraße. The tender includes all wood-aluminum composite or aluminum windows in the outer walls of the 3 buildings, as well as the installation of the front-mounted roller shutter boxes in the attic, the roller shutter blinds in the installation roller shutter boxes mounted on site, and all ALDs.
