TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns ferric sulphate for the use of Tampereen Vesi Oy. The facilities are located in Kauppi and Rusko. Estimated usage amounts per facility: Facility A 800 t/a, tank size 50 m³ Facility B 600 t/a, tank size 55 m³ (reserve tank 30 m³). The ferric sulphate must meet the requirements of a chemical intended for drinking water use according to the EN 890:2023 standard and as described later in the tender documentation. The chemical must not dissolve or contain significant amounts of impurities that could lead to exceeding the quality requirements or objectives of the Drinking Water Decree (1352/2015 as amended).
