TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns ferric sulphate for the use of Tampereen Vesi Oy. The facilities are located in Kauppi and Rusko. Estimated annual usage by facility: Facility A 800 t/a, tank size 50 m³ Facility B 600 t/a, tank size 55 m³ (reserve tank 30 m³). The ferric sulphate must meet the requirements for chemicals intended for drinking water use according to the EN 890:2023 standard and as described later in the request for tenders. The chemical must not dissolve or contain significant amounts of impurities that could lead to exceeding the quality requirements or objectives of the drinking water regulation (1352/2015 as amended).
