TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the district centre Fürstenfeldbruck, the existing gas boiler has burned down and since last year it has been supplied by an electric heating unit. The system has a decentralized electric domestic hot water preparation in the rental units, which remains in place. In future, the heating plant will be supplied by 3 x 20 kW air-to-water heat pumps. The heating plant will be equipped with 2 x 950 litre buffer tanks and a new pressure maintenance system with a degassing unit. Otherwise, a heating water treatment system will be added. The heating manifold will be retained, with the exception of the 2 controlled heating circuits. In each case, the mixing valve and the heating pump are replaced. Technical data of the building: 106 rooms 82 heated rooms 105 radiators 1,693 m² net heating area 83,313 kWh gas consumption in 2024 The heating plant will be dismantled up to the heating manifold.
