TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the conception and production of films as well as accompanying consulting services for the Helene Weber College for the period from 15.10.2026 to 31.12.2029. The Helene Weber College is the nationwide and cross-party platform for women in local politics and a project of the EAF Berlin. Its goal is to recruit women for engagement in local politics, to empower them, and to increase their representation in politics. A central component is the Helene Weber Prize, which has been awarded since 2009 to outstanding women local politicians and which will be awarded again in 2027. As part of public relations, especially film content for the website and social media is to be produced. The aim is to make the Helene Weber College and the Helene Weber Prize better known, to make local political role models visible, and to encourage more women to engage politically.
