TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is display monitors (“Displays”) to be installed at Finavia Plc’s airports, which are procured during the framework arrangement (including option years) according to the current estimate of approximately 1,000–2,000 units. The Displays are ordered during the contract period in accordance with the Purchaser’s needs, and the quantities stated are not binding. The sizes of the Displays to be procured and the requirements concerning the Displays vary depending on the delivery location. In the procurement, Finavia will competitively tender the framework arrangement, selecting two (2) suppliers. The framework arrangement does not create a commitment to purchase for Finavia, and for all purchases within the framework arrangement a mini-competition is arranged among the framework arrangement partners. The purchases are made, as applicable, through the partner that wins the mini-competition in accordance with the prices provided in the mini-competition. In this procurement procedure, the prices to be competitively tendered are therefore so-called maximum prices that may not be exceeded in the mini-competitions.
