TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is display monitors (“Displays”) installed at Finavia Plc’s airports, which will be procured during the framework arrangement (including the option years) according to the current estimate of approximately 1,000–2,000 units. The Displays are ordered during the contract period in accordance with the Contracting Authority’s needs, and the specified quantities are not binding. The sizes of the Displays to be procured and the requirements concerning the Displays vary depending on the delivery location. In this procurement, Finavia will compete for the framework arrangement, from which two (2) suppliers are selected. The framework arrangement does not create a binding obligation for Finavia to order, and for all procurements within the framework arrangement a mini-competition will be organised among the framework arrangement partners. The procurements will, each time, be carried out through the partner that wins the mini-competition in accordance with the prices provided in the mini-competition.
