TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is display monitors (“Displays”) installed at Finavia Oyj’s airports, which are procured during the framework arrangement (including option years) according to the current estimate of approximately 1,000–2,000 units. The Displays are ordered during the contract period in accordance with the Client’s needs, and the quantities stated are not binding. The sizes of the Displays to be procured and the requirements concerning the Displays vary depending on the delivery location. In this procurement, Finavia will compete a framework arrangement in which two (2) suppliers are selected. The framework arrangement does not create a commitment for Finavia to place orders, and for all procurements within the framework arrangement a mini-competition is arranged among the framework arrangement partners. The procurements are carried out, in each case, through the partner that wins the mini-competition in accordance with the prices provided in the mini-competition.
