TENDER DESCRIPTION

For use by all employees of the direct state administration of the State of Lower Saxony, including personnel employed at universities in the state service pursuant to Section 48(3) sentence 1 of the NHG, a service concession contract pursuant to Section 105(1) no. 2 of the GWB concerning corporate fitness services is to be concluded with a provider or service provider for sports and fitness offers within the framework of corporate fitness. Further details regarding the type and scope of the contract are to be found in the terms of reference – technical part (Part B).
