TENDER DESCRIPTION

For use by all employees of the direct state administration of the State of Lower Saxony, including personnel employed at universities in the state service according to § 48 para. 3 sentence 1 NHG, a service concession contract pursuant to § 105 para. 1 no. 2 GWB for corporate fitness services shall be concluded with a provider for sports and fitness offers within the framework of corporate fitness. Further details on the nature and scope of the contract can be found in the performance specification - Technical Part (Part B).
