TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract providing access to a variety of fitness, sports and wellness offers from affiliated/cooperation partners, regardless of place of residence and work, as well as the possibility of using online and on-demand formats for the client's employees. Further information on the specific subject of services (Annex II.1) can be found in the service description attached to the participation documents. Genua GmbH is, as a company affiliated with the client pursuant to §§ 15 AktG, entitled during the term of this contract to conclude a separate, independent contract identical in content under the conditions of this contract with the contractor by separate declaration. There is no entitlement to conclude such a contract except in accordance with this option.
