TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a contract for access to a variety of fitness, sports, and wellness offers with affiliated/cooperation partners, regardless of the place of residence and work, as well as the possibility of using online and on-demand formats for the contracting authority's employees. Further information on the specific subject of performance (Annex II.1) can be found in the performance description attached to the participation documents. Genua GmbH is entitled, as a company affiliated with the contracting authority pursuant to §§ 15 AktG, to conclude an independent, identical contract under the terms of this contract with the contractor during the term of this contract by separate declaration. A claim to conclude such a contract exists in accordance with the terms of this option.
