Provision of specialized supervision services for the construction works of the command building, the transformer bay and the outdoor arrangements of the new Ponta Delgada substation 30/6.6 kV, including systematic monitoring of the works, fortnightly verification of the project progress, identification and characterization of deviations, proposal of corrective actions, quality control of materials, equipment, execution methods and processes, as well as verification of the implementation of the Works Quality Plan, the Inspection and Testing Plan and compliance with the project, the specifications (caderno de encargos) and the other contractual conditions.
