Fizeau interferometers in accordance with the tender documents Award criteria: • Fulfilment of technical specifications (B criteria) 45% • Price (total offer including options) 35% • Energy efficiency (lower energy consumption = better) 10% • Delivery time (weeks from order placement; shorter = better, but not before January 2027) 10% The self-disclosures, MiLoG and Export Classification must be submitted signed together with the tender submission. Assessment according to a metric scoring scale.
