TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the service is the design, planning, preparation, implementation, monitoring, and follow-up of a leadership development program specific to HIL. In addition to the program, accompanying and sustainability measures to reinforce the content delivered are to be designed, planned, and carried out. As a fixed component, E-learning modules are to accompany the in-person and online dates. The objective of leadership development at HIL as a program is to foster a shared understanding of leadership and, thereby, a shared attitude based on HIL’s values and strategic objectives.
