TENDER DESCRIPTION
ReFoPlan: “Innovative/sustainable techniques: determination of best available techniques for the production of glass and mineral fibres; projects to prepare the revision process” For the year 2028, the 2nd revision of the BAT reference document (BVT guidance) for the production of glass and mineral fibres is planned. The project is intended to prepare this process and provide important input for the revision in the light of the IED 2.0. For this purpose, in addition to a national sector analysis, an analysis of the currently applicable BAT reference document from 2013 is also to be carried out. In addition, work is also to be done to determine which primary and secondary raw materials and energy carriers are used in the various subsectors and which specific emissions this may lead to. A special focus here is also to be placed on the use of hazardous substances and mixtures.
