TENDER DESCRIPTION

ReFoPlan: "Participation in the German Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change (DAS)" The project is intended to support the updating process towards the DAS 2028 with informal and formal participation formats to involve stakeholders and citizens under the established joint umbrella brand "Dialogue Climate Adaptation." The participation process should basically be oriented towards the approach already developed and implemented within the DAS 2024, but be more streamlined. The project should conceptually develop and implement the participation formats, document the results and recommendations, and accompany the participation process with ongoing public relations. The following services should essentially be provided: - Informal decentralized participation formats for stakeholders on selected thematic clusters/fields under the responsibility of the environmental department (AP1) - Informal central participation format for stakeholders on the DAS thematic clusters and with a cross-cutting perspective (AP2) - Formal consultation of the federal states, associations, and the public on the 2028 strategy draft (AP3) - Accompanying youth participation (AP4) - Communication and public…
