TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Zweckverband Schulzentrum Eichstätt-Schottenau plans the expansion of the school center of the same name in the form of a standalone, four-storey new building on its own property. In addition, individual structural renovation measures and changes of use in the existing buildings will also be carried out. All construction phases of the new building will take place parallel to school operations. Subject of the tender are: Approx. 400 m2 floor tiles, approx. 625 m2 wall tiles, approx. 1,000 m2 natural stone work, approx. 225 pcs. natural stone tread and riser steps in 3 staircases.
