TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Wohnbau Rottenburg, operated as a municipal enterprise of the city, is planning the revitalisation and renovation of the Jeckel site in the heart of the historic old town. The subject of this invitation to tender comprises extensive tiling, slab, and natural stone works for the new buildings House A.1, House B, House C and House D. The scope of services includes waterproofing works as well as the installation of wall and floor tiles, including cut-outs and built-in components in the areas of wet rooms and bathrooms. In the corridor area of House C (in front of the chapel entrance), in addition, high-quality natural stone floor slabs are to be supplied and installed. Another component is the supply and installation of a floor-to-ceiling (approx. 2.90 m) crystal mirror wall, or crystal mirrors, in the foyer of the hostel (House D). The overall performance period runs from calendar week 03/2027 to calendar week 43/2027. The work will be carried out in sections, component by component, and not necessarily in a continuous manner.”
