TENDER DESCRIPTION

"Die Wohnbau Rottenburg as a municipal enterprise of the City plans the revitalisation and renovation of the Jeckel site in the middle of the historic old town. The subject of this invitation to tender is comprehensive tiling, slab and natural stone works in the new buildings House A.1, House B, House C and House D. The scope of services includes sealing works as well as installing wall and floor tiles, including cut-outs and built-in components in the area of the wet rooms and bathrooms. In the corridor area of House C (in front of the chapel entrance), high-quality natural stone floor slabs must also be supplied and installed. Another component is the supply and installation of a room-high (approx. 2.90 m) crystal mirror wall, or crystal mirrors, in the foyer of the hostel (House D). The overall period for carrying out the work extends from KW 03/2027 to KW 43/2027. The work will be carried out in sections, by component, and not necessarily in a contiguous manner."
