TENDER DESCRIPTION

The advertised framework agreement covers delivery of stoma, compression, and TAI products (Stoma products) to the Municipalities’ possible own warehouses, delivery of Stoma products to the Citizen, and—based on the successful tenderer’s unit prices in Appendix 3a – Tender List—determination of the Municipalities’ subsidy to citizens with an allocation. Purchases of Stoma products will primarily be made by the Citizen on the basis of the Municipalities’ allocation to the Citizen. In connection with an allocation to the Citizen, the Municipalities will inform the Citizen that the Citizen may purchase the allocated products without co-payment from the successful tenderer. The selected supplier will thus function as the Municipalities’ primary contract supplier and reference basis for setting the subsidy. The contracting authority intends to enter into the Framework Agreement with one supplier. The Citizen’s purchase of Stoma products is covered by Section 112 of the Social Services Act (Serviceloven), which means that the Citizen has free choice of supplier, and which results in the Framework Agreement being non-exclusive for the Supplier.
