The subject of the contract is the provision of compulsory third party liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle within the scope set by Act No. 381/2001 Coll. on compulsory third party liability insurance for damage caused by the operation of a motor vehicle and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws (hereinafter referred to as the Liability Insurance Act) and related services.
