TENDER DESCRIPTION

Procurement of fleet compulsory motor third-party liability insurance services for the joint contracting authorities (Magyar Posta Zrt., Postaautó Duna Zrt., Postaflotta Kft., Díjbeszedő Holding Zrt.) for the years 2027–2028. The compulsory motor third-party liability insurance of the currently owned and operated motor vehicles held in the joint contracting authorities’ ownership/operation at all times shall be provided in accordance with Act LXII of 2009 on compulsory motor third-party liability insurance of the operator of motor vehicles. Current number of motor vehicles to be insured: 5368 units, according to the distribution recorded in the data disclosure provided. From the quantities specified above, the joint contracting authorities may, during the term of the contract, collectively deviate by 30% (i.e., summing changes in both directions) within the term of the contract.
