TENDER DESCRIPTION
The city of Neuwied intends to award the caretaker service for the municipal refugee accommodation of the city of Neuwied to an external service provider. The refugee accommodation is divided into six residential complexes with up to twenty-four individually lockable residential containers as well as an outdoor area and is designed for operation accommodating up to 272 persons. It is a two-storey container construction with shower and toilet containers, community rooms, kitchens, washing machine and dryer containers. A layout plan of the refugee accommodation is attached to the tender documents. The contractual relationship initially has a fixed term. The contracting authority has the right to extend the term of this contract three times for one additional year each (extension option right). The maximum contract term is limited to 01.04.2030. Details are regulated in § 3 of the contract. The required capacity is estimated at approx. 6,212 working hours per year (24/7), with a maximum of 2 employees.
