TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Neuwied intends to award the caretaker services for the municipal refugee accommodation of the City of Neuwied to an external service provider. The refugee accommodation is divided into six residential complexes with up to twenty-four separately lockable residential containers, as well as an outdoor area, and is designed for operation with up to 272 persons. It is a two-storey container construction comprising shower and toilet containers, community rooms, kitchens, washing machine and dryer containers. An overview plan of the refugee accommodation is attached to the tender documents. The contractual relationship initially has a fixed term of . Demanding customer has the right to extend the term of this contract three times by a further one year each (extension option right). The maximum term is limited to 01.04.2030. Details are regulated in § 3 of the contract. The requirement is estimated at approx. 6,212 working hours per year (24/7), with a maximum of 2 employees.
