TENDER DESCRIPTION

We hereby announce an international electronic tender with an open procedure for the supply of fluorine free foam (FFF or F3 or 3F) fire-extinguishing agent for the needs of the General Secretariat for Civil Protection / Fire Service for the years 2027-2028 with an option right of two years, as referred to in “ANNEX A” and described in “ANNEX D”, which constitute an integral part of this Notice, of a total estimated value of six hundred ninety thousand euros (690,000.00 €), including any deductions and payments to third parties, as well as any other charges, excluding VAT, and a total estimated value of eight hundred fifty-five thousand six hundred euros (855,600.00 €) including VAT. There is the possibility to exercise the option right for the years 2029-2030, of a total estimated value (of the four total years during which the option right is exercised) of one million three hundred eighty thousand euros (1,380,000.00 €), including any deductions and payments to third parties, as well as any other charges, excluding VAT, and a total estimated value of one million seven hundred eleven thousand two hundred euros (1,711,200.00 €) including VAT.
