TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract award is technical and infrastructural building services for 6 properties in Berlin. The services include in particular caretaking services, operating and monitoring technical systems as well as technical facility management to ensure the functional, operational and traffic safety of the properties. In addition, the scope includes operations management, warranty and defect tracking, security services as well as ongoing documentation, reporting and controlling of the services provided. The objective of the assignment is the economical, safe and sustainable management of the properties as well as ensuring proper, legally compliant and trouble-free operation of the buildings. To ensure a clean handover of services, an implementation and transition phase is planned before regular service provision begins. This is expected to start on 01.01.2027 and is intended in particular for taking over the properties, setting up the required organisational structures, integrating and onboarding the personnel as well as coordinating operational and documentation processes.
