TENDER DESCRIPTION

Since 1989, the Niederrhein-Therme has been operated by the client in the Revierpark Mattlerbusch. The thermal bath features 15 saunas, 2 thermal brine pools, a wave and leisure pool, thus offering a comprehensive health-oriented range for all target groups. In May 2021, a refurbishment report was prepared for the thermal bath, highlighting the most urgent measures to maintain and restore the operational safety of the facility. To guarantee or restore operational safety, the client has decided on the concept of a complete refurbishment of the thermal bath. The current area including outdoor spaces is available and is aimed at an annual visitor number of 320,000 - 360,000 visitors. The new facility is to feature a forward-looking energy concept. Technologies and building materials are to be used here that guarantee a CO²-neutral spa operation with heat recovery and economical consumption media, while ensuring environmentally friendly, ecological sustainability.
