TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public procurement is the supply of 6 linear infusion pumps as part of the renewal of infusion equipment for the ICU I. orthopeadic clinic of 1. LF UK and FN Motol (hereinafter referred to as the “device”), in accordance with the binding tendering conditions. The subject of performance further includes: (i.) installation of the device and putting it into operation, including verification of its functionality, carrying out all required tests and trials; (ii.) instruction/training of medical personnel shall be carried out by a person authorized for this purpose pursuant to Section 41 of Act No. 375/2022 Sb., on medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices (hereinafter referred to as “Act No. 375/2022 Sb.”); (iii.) warranty service of the device, which shall be carried out by a person authorized for this activity, based on the manufacturer’s certificate of training of the service technician pursuant to Sections 44–46 of Act No. 375/2022 Sb.
