TENDER DESCRIPTION

Movexum AB is procuring a framework agreement for external project evaluation and ongoing learning evaluation, also referred to as follow-up research, within existing and upcoming development projects. The assignments are intended to help follow and analyse the implementation, results and achievement of objectives of the projects, and to provide input for learning, development and taking advantage of the projects’ results. The services may include evaluation planning, data collection and analysis, ongoing feedback to project management and the steering committee, as well as interim and final reporting. The evaluation shall be carried out based on the respective project’s conditions and the requirements of the relevant funding bodies. The first planned assignment concerns the project SPARK—energy innovations for sustainable industries and communities. In addition, the framework agreement shall enable requests for evaluation services for other projects that Movexum will drive. The need is preliminarily assessed to involve approximately four projects during the term of the framework agreement. The number of assignments and their scope may vary.
