Concession to operate a food truck on the EPFL campus in Ecublens. Hot and cold proposals specific to the “Mediterranean” theme, dish of the day, set menus, seasonal offer and occasional offer depending on the events/animations. Cold drinks. Note: the typical theme offering that may be similar to a sandwich (e.g. empanadas, fajitas, tacos, burger, shawarma, wrap, etc.) is not considered as such here, but as a dish. Opening days/hours: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 to 14:00. The food truck must be open all year round and comply with the campus calendar, which may vary from one year to another.
