TENDER DESCRIPTION

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg has, as a state-owned enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), the task of planning, constructing, maintaining and operating the school properties in consideration of school-related requirements according to economic principles, and renting out more than 400 schools to the authority for schools and vocational education (Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB)). --------------- For the standard classroom-type buildings at the Fritz-Schumacher-School in Hamburg, a serial energy refurbishment of buildings 02, 03, 04, 05 and 08 is to be carried out. In this process, a new building envelope is implemented in prefabricated timber construction and the refurbishment standard Effizienzhaus 4 EE (KfW 40) is achieved. In addition, green roofs are constructed with PV systems and the conversion of the heating supply to heat pumps including replacement of the heating surfaces is implemented. In the interior, the cloakrooms in differentiation areas are converted and the sanitary areas are reorganised. On the ground-floor level, for each house, a barrier-free WC is built and general barrier-free accessibility is established.…
