TENDER DESCRIPTION

SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as a state enterprise of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (hereinafter referred to as SBH), is responsible for planning, construction, maintenance, and management of school properties based on economic principles while considering educational interests, and for leasing more than 400 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Education (BSB). --------------- A serial energy refurbishment of the Type Classroom Buildings 02, 03, 04, 05, and 08 at the Fritz-Schumacher School in Hamburg is to be carried out. This involves implementing a new building envelope using prefabricated timber construction and achieving the refurbishment standard Efficiency House 4 EE (KfW 40). In addition, green roofs with PV systems are to be created and the conversion of heat supply to heat pumps including the renewal of heating surfaces implemented.
