TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the above-mentioned special needs school with a focus on intellectual development, an extension building is required for capacity reasons. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be expanded to include the special needs focus on physical and motor development (KmE), additional classrooms, a cafeteria (mensа), and an administrative area. To implement the measure, an undeveloped plot of land on the school premises is available. The construction site is located on a hillside and borders in the north on August-Vilmar-Straße. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires special measures for site setup and the provision of supplies/servicing. For the extension building, a preliminary design/planning study is already available, including a space concept coordinated with the users. The central location of the construction site with limited space conditions requires detailed construction-site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
