TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to capacity reasons, an extension building is required at the above special needs school with a focus on intellectual development. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be extended by the special focus on physical and motor development (KmE), by additional classrooms, a canteen, and an administrative area. To implement the measure, an undeveloped area on the school grounds is available. The construction site area is located on a hillside and borders the August-Vilmar-Straße in the north. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires special measures for site setup as well as for its supply/delivery. For the extension building, a preliminary design/feasibility study already exists, including a room concept coordinated with the users. The central location of the construction site with limited space conditions requires detailed site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
