TENDER DESCRIPTION

Due to capacity reasons, an extension building is required at the above-mentioned special needs school with a focus on intellectual development. For this purpose, the existing school building is to be extended to include the support focus on physical and motor development (KmE), additional classrooms, a canteen (mensa), and an administrative area. For implementing the measure, an undeveloped plot of land on the school premises is available. The construction site is located on a hillside and borders in the north on August-Vilmar-Straße. The measure must be carried out during ongoing school operations. This requires special measures for setting up the construction site and for servicing it. For the extension building, a preliminary design/concept study is already available, including a space concept coordinated with the users. The central location of the construction site with limited space conditions requires detailed construction site logistics, which must not affect ongoing school operations.
