TENDER DESCRIPTION

At the center of the design is a pavement-conforming fountain with unlit water nozzles. Four planting beds with a single tree planting in the middle are arranged around the fountain. The planting beds are formed in rectangular and/or square shapes. Two beds are partially enclosed with benches; one bed is almost completely framed by benches. This enables a variety of seating and staying opportunities on the square. The bed located to the north-east is created as a raised bed using a concrete border and serves as a visual barrier for the planned deep station. To create seating here as well, the two sides facing the fountain are formed as concrete blocks with a width of 46 cm and fitted with seating pads. The use of the square for outdoor catering is enabled at the Eis Café. After consultations with the operator, 4.0 x 4.0 m large umbrellas are desired. These receive permanently installed and, alternatively, screw-on sleeves with concrete foundations in the ground. For use of the square with mobile installations as part of celebrations or events, two single-pole power outlets (near the raised bed and near the southern planting bed) are provided to supply the usable area created…
