TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract is project management services for the Forensics Cologne-Merheim project, namely - project management services in accordance with the service profile pursuant to Section 2 of Part 2 of Heft No. 9 “Project management services in construction and real estate business - standards for services and remuneration” of the AHO publication series, 6th edition May 2025) and - supplementary (special) project management services Upon conclusion of the contract, the contractor is initially commissioned with the services of project stages 1 and 2. The staged commissioning is carried out in order, in performance phase 2, first to submit a request for building consent and to await its outcome before a decision is made on the continuation of the project in the subsequent project stages. The services for project stages 3 to 5 may be commissioned by the contracting authority subsequently, either in total or individually.
