TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Agency for Justice and Enforcement (hereafter: AJH) is looking for a contractor for the following assignment: Providing tailor-made forensic treatment, both individually and in a group, for sex offenders housed in a specific unit in the Dendermonde remand prison. The treatment offering is aimed at promoting reintegration and reducing recidivism of sex offenders in society. The assignment is open to centres for mental health care that are recognized and subsidized by the Flemish Community, as well as to psychiatric hospitals recognized by the Flemish Community, which have been designated by the Flemish minister responsible for care as specialized facilities for the support and treatment of sex offenders. These organizations may submit an offer, where entering into cooperation arrangements with each other is strongly recommended so that, intra muros, a joint offering is created consisting of both outpatient and residential assistance.
